Our appraisal career began in 2001 in central New Jersey and our team now covers 16 counties located throughout the State of NJ for residential and commercial real estate appraisals.
Our seasoned experience has ranged from determining the fair market value for smaller residential homes as low as $23,000 to complex estates as high as $7,000,000. Since inception, we have appraised over 10 billion dollars of real estate.
Evan Siegel, Owner
Evan Siegel has performed expert testimony hundreds of times to help his clients lower their property taxes. He has presented as an expert in divorce appraisals at the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and has been an expert panelist on tax appeals for the NJSBA on taxation law and trust & estate law.
Mr. Siegel’s integrity, expertise and unbiased approach has helped create long lasting client relationships. He graduated with cum laude honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, biking, and photography.
